Clearfield High School community members, school officials and local dignitaries gathered to celebrate the groundbreaking of a new Career and Technical Education (CTE) building. This event signals the commencement of a $31 million project that is set to transform the educational landscape for students at Clearfield High School.
The project, which is part of the Davis School District’s $475 million Building Generations bond approved by voters in 2022, underscores the community’s commitment to enhancing educational infrastructure.
The new two-story building will house all the Career and Technical Education courses currently offered at Clearfield High School. Superintendent Dr. Dan Linford, Board of Education Member Kristen Hogan, Vice President of Construction at Hogan & Associates Mr. J.D. Forbush and Clearfield High School Principal Mr. Chris Keime, a proud alumnus of the Class of 1997, addressed the attendees, expressing their excitement for the future of the school and the opportunities the new building will provide.
"We are thrilled about the future possibilities this new facility will offer our students," said Principal Keime.
